Our completely renovated apartment house in a sunny, quiet and yet central location in the middle of nature in the Ötztal Alps. 3 km from the village center of Längenfeld, 17 km to the Sölden ski area and 4 km from the Aqua Dome. In the surrounding area there are numerous restaurants, shopping facilities, a village bakery and much more.
We offer 3 apartments for 2 to 7 people, equipped with every comfort and luxury. All our new holiday apartments have a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Apartment 3 comes with a balcony with a wonderful view of the Ötztal mountains.
In the outdoor area there is a small ski hut with a garden, which is used in summer for storing bicycles and in winter as a ski room with a ski boot dryer.
Summer in the Ötztal in Tyrol
It is always an experience! Numerous hiking trails start directly from our house. There are mountain tours, alpine pastures, huts, bike tours, the Ötzi Village (archaeological open-air museum), a bird of prey park, a natural swimming lake, the Stuibenfall waterfall, opportunities for rafting, horseback riding and carriage rides and much more.
Winter fun in the Ötztal Alps
The free ski bus stops only five minutes’ walk from us and takes you to numerous ski areas such as Hochötz, Niederthai, Gries, Sölden, Vent, Obergurgl, Hochgurgl, the Ötztal Glacier and Kühtai. The cross-country ski trail is in the immediate vicinity, only 800 m away. You can also enjoy tobogganing, ice skating, curling, romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides and snowshoe hiking.
